Automatic Priming and Repriming - Unattended Operation
Rotoflo™ primes and automatically reprimes without any complicated mechanisms. The positive displacement pumphead moves air and/or water with equal ease. The rotors used for construction dewatering are pulsation free. Water can easily be pumped against high heads, allowing long runs for discharge piping. Rotoflo™ units can run unattended for hours.
Low Operating, Maintenance and Repair Costs
The Rotoflo™ has low operating costs. It consumes minimal fuel, thanks to the combination of a highly efficient pumphead and a fuel efficient diesel engine. Parts are inexpensive.
Low Down Time - Lightning Quick Repairs
The RotoFlo™ is as rugged and reliable as a pump can be. When repairs are required they can be done rapidly and easily on site. The lobe tips can be replaced on site in half an hour. All of the lobe tips and the mechanical seals can be replaced on site in less than three hours. The cast iron rotors with elastomer tips minimize the problems of chunking that occurs with solid rubber rotors.
You can be back up and running in a short time with minimal impact on job sites. Many wellpoint pumps require a trip back to the factory and thousands of dollars to get you up and running again. Not the Rotoflo™, it is the contractor's most reliable friend!
Highly Versatile and Adaptable
The RotoFlo™ is very versatile. It will pump almost anything from sludge to wastewater to molasses. Different rotor shapes, materials and tips are available for various applications. You get double duty with this pump.
